Privacy policy

This policy covers the henlytics.com website, operated by Agrinovo ("we", "us"). It explains what personal data the site collects, why, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can do about it. The Henlytics monitoring service itself, including the dashboard and the data from your sensors, is covered by the agreement each customer signs.

Information you give us

• Through the quote form: name, email, farm or company, country, phone number if you give one, the type of birds, the number of houses, what you want to monitor, and anything you write in the message field.
• When you write to us by email or WhatsApp: the contents of the conversation and the contact details it comes from.
• With a form submission we also record the page where your visit began, the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we can see how you found us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server information (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for security and operation. If analytics is enabled, it also records:

• Pages viewed and time spent on them
• Approximate location, derived from your IP address
• Browser, operating system and device type
• The website that referred you

How we use it

• To answer your request, propose a setup for your houses and prepare a quote
• To follow up on that request; you can ask us to stop at any time
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
• To keep the site secure and detect abuse, such as automated form spam
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and do not share it with advertising networks.

Cookies and browser storage

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no analytics cookies are set until you accept them, and rejecting them leaves the site fully functional. Elsewhere analytics runs by default, and the button at the end of this page switches it off. The site uses:

• henlytics-consent (browser local storage): remembers your analytics choice. Kept until you clear it.
• henlytics-attribution (browser session storage): the page you landed on and the referring site, sent with a quote form if you submit one. Deleted when you close the tab.
• _ga and _ga_* (cookies, only when analytics is enabled and allowed): Google Analytics visit measurement.
• Accessibility toolbar storage (UserWay): your display preferences, if you use the toolbar.

Google Analytics

The site can use Google Analytics to measure traffic, with Google Consent Mode: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it sets no cookies until you accept them. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. To opt out on every website, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who processes your data

We do not sell, trade or rent personal data. It is processed on our instructions by:

• Our website hosting and content delivery providers
• Google (Analytics), when analytics is enabled
• UserWay (the accessibility toolbar)
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there
• Our own customer relationship system, where enquiries are stored

Legal requests and business transfers

We may disclose information when the law requires it or in response to a valid legal request. If the business or the Henlytics brand is merged, acquired or sold, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, under the same protections.

Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted connections to the site and to the form endpoint. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is a plausible commercial relationship, and deleted or anonymised after that or when you ask. Google Analytics event data is kept for 14 months. Server logs are kept for the period our hosting provider sets for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask for it to be corrected or deleted
• Object to or restrict how it is processed
• Ask for a copy in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on it
• Complain to the data protection authority where you live

How to exercise them

Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This site is for farm businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

International transfers

The providers listed above may process data in countries other than yours, whose data protection laws may differ. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Significant changes are noted at the start of the page.
